基本情况
重庆市科技特派员,国际SCI期刊Foods客座编辑。主持或参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金面上项目、中央高校基本业务费项目(博士启动项目)等项目。在Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids、Journal of Colloid and Interface Science、Chemical Communications、Nature Communications等期刊上发表论文30余篇,其中,封面论文1篇。由国家知识产权局授权发明专利一项;参与编写英文专著《Mineral Containing Proteins: Roles in Nutrition》。Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition,Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry等期刊审稿人。
