张宾佳
张宾佳,男,中共党员,教授,博士生导师。现任2138cn太阳集团古天乐副院长、创新团队负责人,兼任中国粮油学会常务理事、中国粮油学会青年工作委员会副秘书长、中国食品科学技术学会青年工作委员会委员、国际期刊编委。本科毕业于河南工业大学,博士毕业于华南理工大学(The University of Queensland联培)。 主要从事碳水化合物结构解析与物性修饰、主食加工与营养品质调控方面的研究和教学工作。承担国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划任务、省重点研发计划项目、国家博士后科学基金特助等国家级、省部级科研项目,以及企业委托课题。在Mater. Today Chem.、Compr. Rev. Food Sci. F.、Trends Food Sci. Tech.、ACS Sustain. Chem.
